自らの設計事務所ヒラモトデザインスタジオにて、多くのホテルやレストランをデザインしてきた知識と経験を活かし、この先さらに広い視野での豊かさをご提案したいという思いから、新たに寿司職人という技能を身につけました。長く関わってきたイタリアの人々／文化との交流も活かしつつ、建築と寿司の融合、海外進出に挑戦します。

A long with utilizing the knowledge and experience I have gained from designing many hotels and restaurants with my own architectural firm, Hiramoto Design Studio, I have also acquired the skills of a sushi chef, with the desire to propose a high quality of life from an even broader perspective. Also combining my long-standing connections with the people and culture of Italy, I am working towards a fusion of architecture and Sushi, and expanding overseas.
