レストランをはじめとした商業施設の設計を通して、食にまつわる場のデザインに２０年以上情熱を注いで参りました。また、海外での生活経験から日本の食文化のポテンシャルを再認識し、その筆頭格である「寿司」を軸に、人と人、人と食をつなぐ場を自らの手で構築したいと考えております。

I have been passionate about designing food-related spaces for over 20 years through the design of restaurants and other commercial facilities. Furthermore, my experience living abroad has given me a renewed appreciation for the potential of Japanese food culture, and I would like to create with my own hands a place that connects people with each other, and people with food, centering around sushi, the most prominent food of all.
